Early Bird Plan
For departures 3+ months away

Payment plans are offered through our supplier partners and are subject to availability and their terms. Not all routes or fares qualify for instalment plans. We will confirm your options when providing your quote.

How much is the deposit?

When do I need to pay the full balance?
The full balance must be paid before your tickets can be issued. The exact deadline depends on your departure date and the airline’s ticketing requirements, but is typically 2 to 6 weeks before departure. We will agree the payment schedule with you at the time of booking.
Is there any interest or extra cost?
No. The total cost of your flight is the same whether you pay in full upfront or use a payment plan. There are no interest charges, finance fees, or hidden costs.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If you are unable to make a payment on time, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to work with you and our supplier partner to find a solution. However, if the full balance is not paid by the ticketing deadline, there is a risk that the booking may be cancelled and the deposit may not be refundable.
Is my deposit refundable?
Deposit refundability depends on the airline and fare type. Some fares allow refundable deposits; others do not. We will make this clear to you before you commit. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Can I book a last-minute flight on a payment plan?
Payment plans are generally available for flights departing at least 6 weeks in the future. For short-notice bookings, a higher deposit or full payment may be required. Contact us and we will advise on what is possible for your specific journey.
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfers and card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through our licensed supplier partners. We will confirm payment methods and provide bank details when you are ready to proceed.
