Deposit amounts vary by destination and fare. We'll discuss this when providing your quote — our aim is always to keep the deposit as low as possible to help you secure your booking.
02. When is the balance due?
The balance is typically due 6–8 weeks before departure, but we'll agree a payment schedule that works for you at the time of booking. We'll always remind you well in advance.
03. Can I cancel after paying a deposit?
Cancellation terms depend on the airline and our licensed supplier partner. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change — we'll work through your options with you.
04. Is my money protected?
Yes. Flights and flight-inclusive holidays are financially protected via our licensed ATOL supplier partners. Your money is safe whether you pay a deposit or the full amount.
05. What happens if I can't complete payments?
Contact us immediately if you're having difficulty. We'll always try to find a workable solution. Failing to complete payments may result in cancellation fees charged by the airline or supplier.
06. Can I change my travel dates after booking?
Date changes depend on the airline's fare conditions. Some fares are flexible, others are not. We'll advise you at the time of quoting — and always check your options before booking.
